This class introduces hoop, trapeze, hammock and silks through a start-where-you-are approach. You will gain understanding of the similarities of each apparatus & what makes each one unique. We will build stability, strength, and fluidity to find playfulness in the air!

Cancellation Policy

If notice of cancellation is given with 14 days or more, a refund will be issued minus a $30 administration fee. If notice of cancellation is given with less than 14 days, a credit will be issued that is valid for one year. Transfers between camps: May be accommodated based on availability.
