provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

1. Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and

2. Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.

 

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders, process refunds and support you. Third Parties We may share user data with the following third parties:

How Long We Store Personal Data

User data will be stored until the purpose the data was collected for has been achieved.

 

When shopping, we keep a record of your email and the cart contents for up to 30 days on our server. This record is kept to repopulate the contents of your cart if you switch devices or needed to come back another day. Read MailChimp for WooCommerce’s privacy policy here.

 

You will be notified if your data is kept for longer than this period.

 

How We Protect Your Personal Data

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always remains the risk of harm. The Internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.

 

Children

We do not knowingly collect or use personal data from children under 13 years of age. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 13 years of age, the personal data will be deleted as soon as possible. If a child under 13 years of age has provided us with personal data their parent or guardian may contact our privacy officer.

 

Personal data provided by the parent or guardian of children will be used strictly for the purposes of providing educational programming (i.e. classes and camps).
